The Mayor convenes the Local DRRM Council. The Incident Command System is activated with assigned section chiefs for Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Finance/Admin.

Mandate & Functions

The MDRRMO of Dumalinao coordinates and implements disaster risk reduction and management programs across all 30 barangays under RA 10121. Key functions include disaster preparedness, prevention & mitigation, response operations, rehabilitation & recovery, and community-based DRRM (CBDRRM) at the barangay level.

24/7 Operations Center

The MDRRMO maintains a round-the-clock operations center for monitoring weather conditions, hazard alerts, flood levels, and emergency situations. The center uses real-time data from PAGASA, PHIVOLCS, USGS, and local flood sensors to provide early warnings across Dumalinao.
